Deed of Trust

Question: It is best to use a warranty deed instead of a quitclaim deed?

I own my condo outright and will be transferring it into my trust. Sorry I did not find a classification to put this.

Answer: You cannot use a warranty deed....I know you can quickclaim it to a person but I am not sure about a trust...
