Question: It is best to use a warranty deed instead of a quitclaim deed?

I own my condo outright and will be transferring it into my trust. Sorry I did not find a classification to put this.

Answer: You cannot use a warranty deed....I know you can quickclaim it to a person but I am not sure about a trust...

Question: What paperwork is required to sell your own home?

Have contract, Deed of Trust, promissory note, all addendums for lead paint and such for contract, quit claim deeds. I am knowledgable of legal documents but am worried I will miss an importnat document.

Answer: thats what the title company is for. go to ur local and get all the paperwork. they will insure there work so if they make the mistake its on them.
