Deed of Trust

Question: Assignment of Note and Deed of Trust?

Do I have to notify the Trustor of the assignment?
Also, I assigned the Note and Deed of Trust to a small business of mine from another small business of mine ------ it was the wrong small business. I need to get the asset to the correct small business of mine. These businesses are all real estate connected....what a tough way to go right now.

Answer: no
however, if they find out, they can accelerate the note.

I do not call purely buying RE as a small biz. oh well.
