Trust Deed Bond

Question: Can i reverse power of attorny?
Hi i have a problem, me and my sister bought a house together 5 years ago things went well until things weren't going so well for me financially and she and my mom was paying. I moved out got married but my mom was still staying there. Me and my sister verbally agreed we will sell the house to my mom (house was in areas). I gave her power of attorney to sign on my behalf seeing that she is in the property business i signed deed of sale coz my mom is buying the house, I trusted her to handle everything. Things didn't workout that way she got married moved out and now she moved back in and wants the house all to herself. She wants to put the bond on her name.
I NEVER WENT TO A LAWYER SHE BROUGHT THE PAPER WORK TO ME AND THE DEED OF SALE WAS FOR MY MOM TO HAVE THE HOUSE AND ME AND MY MOM IS ON THE SAME SIDE.
PLEASE HELP
Answer: Unless your power of attorney was given to someone by a judge in a court of law, your power of attorney is revocable simply by your signature on the document you originally signed stating that you revoke it. It really would be best that you contract an attorney to help you with it though depending on the state laws where you live.
