Question: is my undated deed legal?

i have a business deed written against my will 17 years ago. i didnt have the oppertunity to read the deed before signing and as i trusted the person in question i allowed him to pressure me into it. the deed was not dated and was signed in a pub. it was also witnessed by only one person who signed both signatures. i am now recieving a lot of trouble from the prson in question as the deed was for me to sign over my personal pension to help out my previous employer. i gave him the lump sum as a gift and was not aware i would recieve monthly payments. the person is now demanding the monthly payments and has been harrasing me. is the original deed legal and will it stand in court? please help as this is really troubling me. thank you!

Answer: Take it to an attorney for real legal advice. Seeking legal advice over the Internet is not a good idea.
