Deed Of Trust Registration

Question: This ok to use to open a po box?
ok so i have been trying to open a po box but i have been having some trouble because i only have a state ID i dont have a passport, no "Deed of Trust", no Home or vehicle insurance policy, no Voter or vehicle registration card, so i tried usng a piece or mail wth my name and adress on it they didnt take it, today i called to see if i can use my court papers and the lady said "yes that would work" so i go there they say no because it needs to have a ID number....so i just realized that maybe i can use my high school ID card along with paper work from my school that has my name and adress on it my high school ID card as also my picture along with a ID number, so isnt that basicly what they want? plus it says on the form "Armed forces, government, university, or recognized corporate identification card" so since they use the word "university" im guessing they mean school...so am i correct and would that be what they are looking for?
Answer: They might only rent to adults. If you are under 18, have your mail delivered to your home or to a friend's house.
Deed Of Trust Doc

Question: Is there a lender who will loan on a lot in a subdivision with no doc?
I have a lot at the lake in a subdivision & want to borrow $5-10,000 for less than a year-I will pay a high interest rate (15%+) and give a 1st Deed of Trust. I have a note which will come due in Dec for $19,500 & need a bridge type loan to help my daughter's school expense-the lot is worth $25-35,000 has perked and has community water. Houses there are $240,000 & up. Its at Smith Mt. Lake in Virginia.
Answer: No doc? You'd need a hard money lender most likely. They are out there.
