Question: What does "NOTICE OF INTENT TO RECORD RELEASE OF OBLIGATION UNDER Deed of Trust" MEAN?
Answer: it probably is a notice from your bank or financial institution saying they plan to file a release of lien in the county records recording a prior lien on the deed. did you just pay off a loan on the property?
