Trust Deed Search

Question: Anyone heard of these accelerated equity lines?
I did a Google search under mortgage acceleration and found this site that explained about an equity line as a FIRST Trust Deed. It cut a 30 year mortgage by 22 years. I ran the math and it does compute but I haven't heard of any banks offering these First TD Equity Lines.
Sounds almost too good to be true but the figures all compute. Anyone else check this out?

Answer: Yes you can have an equity line as a first Trust Deed. But with today's rates it doesn't make sense. Unless you do not owe anything on your house then you can use it for emergency purposes. Lenders were selling this idea when rates were ridiculously low. There are other ways to pay your mortgage off early. The company I work for uses a bank that offers equity lines as a first mortgage on the wholesale side. If it is what you are looking for call around and ask you local mortgage companies about it. Just be careful not to let them talk you into something else. There are a lot of bad apples in my industry. Do the research and ask questions. There are a lot of variables that I don't know to specifically help you. And no, I am not going to shamelessly leave my e-mail address and say contact me "i can help"

Question: Medi Cal Fraud and Perjury Who Do I report this To?
Who can I call to report someone who has committed Perjury? They are going to a child support hearing and lied on all their documents, Even though it clearly states, “I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California that the information contained on all pages of this form and any attachments is true and correct.” Yet they still sign the documents.
They lied about their source of Income. They claimed that they don’t have any assets, income, property taxes; when in fact they do. And they are obligated to pay over 50k in Mortgage payments. I have seen their loan documents and Trust Deed and know they have a car worth 20k that has been paid in full.
Who can I call to report this too?
Also it's noteworthy to mention. They did the very same thing to get Medi Cal services, not disclosing any source income nor reporting their house.

Trust Deed And Mortgage

Question: My mortgage company says my Deed of Trust was never recorded. Now what?
I purchased my home in 2004. The mortgage company just sent a Fed Ex package which is my "purchase Money Deed of Trust." They are saying it was never recorded and needs to be signed by me. They already have signed it.
Is there any reason I should be signing this at this late point in time? If it was never recorded, that's actually a bonus for me, correct? Meaning they don't have the rights to my deed if I default, yes? Legally, am I obligated to sign this if it was their mistake that they never recorded/filed it?
I have a 30-year mortgage, and am in my 5th year of the mortgage, so I am technically not the owner of the home. My mortgage company is.
Answer: Meaning that the lien is not a public record. Meaning any attempt to re-fi it will be a mess. Meaning the note is still in effect.
Meaning that it was a mistake; and fixing it quickly is your best move.
For the uninformed below; a Deed of Trust is another name for a mortgage instrument; not the fee simple deed that transfers the interest into the owner.
You still own the house; the trustor has a lien on the property in the amount of the note you signed,
