Ever think to you're self why you need a permit for a business or a land deed or a permit for land? Regulation by the big brother government is ridiculous.
Money is used to enslave use and limit use, can't you see that? Just like the control of food and energy. Question: Can I transfer ownership of my home in California to my mother who lives in Canada?

Answer: You want to do it with a warranty deed. Yes, she will have to pay a LOT more taxes then you are paying on the house. You will also have to pay the gift tax when you transfer it, which is about 20%.
